Polyester ATY yarn, also known as Air Textured Yarn, is a unique type of fiber yarn created using air-texturing technology. This process results in a yarn with a plush and terry texture, similar to natural linen but with added advantages. The fabric made from this yarn has a distinctive concave-convex feel and a soft touch, resembling natural linen, while also overcoming the tendency to wrinkle that natural linen often exhibits. We maintain a regular stock of 1100D 100 tons, which offers higher strength and a tighter structure, ensuring durability and quality in the finished products.
Polyester Slub Yarn is produced by draw-texturing using a texturing machine. It is stronger, more durable, wrinkle-resistant, and easy to care for compared to natural fibers. Polyester Slub Yarn is suitable for various applications, including clothing, home textiles, and industrial uses. Our Polyester Slub Yarn is primarily used for curtain fabrics, but Polyester Slub Yarn ranging from 50D to 150D is also suitable for garment production. Typically lighter than some larger denier fibers, it offers various advantages in creating comfortable, stylish, and functional clothing. As part of our regular products, we always stock 300 tons of 150D Polyester Slub Yarn and 100 tons of 300D Polyester Slub Yarn to meet the most common demands.
Typically, for our in-stock products, we can arrange shipment and dispatch on the same day as the final order placement. For other products, the production lead time is usually around two weeks.
Our MOQ for existing regular stock is typically 500kg, with same-day shipping upon ordering. For custom yarn, its MOQ is 1 ton. After sample confirmation, bulk production takes approximately 15 days. We will provide continuous updates on the status of your custom order.
