Our recycled polyester yarn is produced by utilizing recycled polyester bottles, polyester waste yarn, and fiber fabrics to create raw materials such as POY (Pre-Oriented Yarn) and FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn). These recycled POY and FDY are then processed through texturing to finally produce products like polyester folded yarn and polyester slub yarn.
Benefits:
1. Environmental Protection: This process effectively recycles renewable resources, reducing environmental pollution and resource waste.
2. Energy Saving: The production of recycled polyester yarn saves energy compared to the manufacturing process of virgin polyester yarn.
3. Waste Reduction: Effectively utilizes recycled polyester bottles, waste yarn, and fiber fabrics, helping to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste on the environment.
Drawbacks:
1. Higher Cost: The production of recycled polyester yarn involves multiple processes, resulting in higher costs and consequently higher prices.
2. Complex Process: The production process of recycled polyester yarn is more complex, requiring additional processing steps and quality control.
